Commitment to People Development Award
This award will recognise an organisation that can demonstrate excellence in its approach to the skills development of its workforce to positively impact on the overall business.
The judges will be looking for evidence of the following:
- The integration of skills development into a business strategy and how this supports business development.
- How skills development of staff has contributed to the overall performance of the business.
- The investment of apprenticeships and/or the development and succession of staff and the impact this has had on the business.
The awards are open to businesses with an ‘S’ postcode (within South Yorkshire) and all Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber of Commerce members – regardless of the company location.
Finalists will not automatically be given tickets to attend the ceremony.
