Excellence in Customer Service Award
This award will go to an organisation that can best demonstrate that it has the customer at the heart of the business. Entries should include evidence of how the business effectively meets customer’s needs in order to stay ahead of the competition and how the levels of customer services can be measured.
The judges will be looking for evidence of the following:
- Evidence of how the business has gone ‘above and beyond’ customer expectations to deliver noteworthy service
- How the business demonstrated excellent communication skills and builds customer relationships, and how this is monitored
- How customer service has driven business growth
- Positive feedback from customers
