Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism Award
This award will recognise a hotel, restaurant, café, pub, leisure facility, visitor attraction or similar business who makes an extraordinary effort to provide more than is expected to their visitors.
The judges will be looking for evidence of:
- How you promote or market to your customers
- Customer feedback detailing satisfaction with the services/facilities on offer
- Financial performance
- Creating employment and development of staff through training and apprenticeships
- Development of online presence to provide user-friendly facilities
